Assembly Language Programmers Needed!!

Post by Mad Max »

Here's the beef.

I am hunting for any assembly programmers that have had experience with 68HC11/12 family of microcontrollers.

Freescale, formerly part of Motorola, has a bunch of different microcontrollers with CAN interfaces built into them.

Currently I have on order a HCS12X microcontroller demo board. It is basically the kitchen sink without the water to short everything.

I have programmed the 68HC11 variants; however, this will be a new venture with the HC12 family. It is a 16-Bit microcontroller from Hades!

I currently am working with a DEMO9S12XDT512 Microcontroller board from Freescale.

The following is complete for now. Updates to follow.

1) Serial Routines between the MCU and PC
2) Menu driven parsing
3) Framework for CAN interface code.

I still have the following to get going for what I think would be the best code package for the device ...

1) Full CAN implementation
2) Interrupt routines to allow for CAN communications to the PC
3) Interrupt routines to allow for PC to CAN comms.
4) Built-in ACR/AMR register calculator functions
5) Built-in CAN Baud rate setting function
6) Possible CAN232 Emulation

If there is anything anyone else would like to see or can think of, please post your thoughts.

Did you finish this product? or are you still looking to finish it?
If you did finish it, did you make sell it anywhere?
Best Regards
